I'm not a Republican, but they do fight for tax cuts that tends to help people.

There are several ways they can help the working guy. Like health insurance for those that don't have it. Lower to zero interest rates for college loans. Locally, lowering property, and sales taxes.

Absolutely. A strong and free economy provides opportunities for full employment and the most efficient use of labor so the value added by the average worker ends up being the best possible. In the long term, the average working person can ask for no more than that. Usually, the Republicans are the best supporters of that philosophy. Unfortunately, the Democrats stick to their static economic views and try to correct deficiencies through government control that harm opportunity for all. If you look at the flaws in the two views and ultimately where the actions taken based on those views end up, the Republicans are the better friends to America's workforce.

I can honestly say that my life is much better since the Republicans took complete power in 2002. I was unemployed for much of Clinton's reign. Now, I have work and I feel safe. Thank goodness the Democraps didn't gain a 2/3 majority!

Yes. I have received numerous tax breaks on my paychecks, and tax returns. I know there is going to be people out there that dispute my claim, but they don't know what my check stubs, or tax returns say. Now that will all change. Democrats are notorious for jacking up taxes. They do not conform their agenda to the average working guy like me. It's the truth plain and simple.

Yes. What does the average working guy really want? His taxes lowered, his streets fixed, his mail delivered, his neighborhood safe, and he wants to be left alone the rest of the time. If the GOP would stop listening to the social conservatives who as much as anyone want to tell you how to live, they would succeed.

They had their chance, and proved they were incapable of it. Why? Because they are interested only in helping corporations. That means keeping wages low. That means allowing companies to shed their pension obligations. That means allowing companies to shift their healthcare costs to their workers. That means refusing to raise minimum wage. There's a reason wages stopped rising once the GOP took control....

Yes, they could, but given their currant agenda the answer is NO, a big fat NO. Steal from the poor and give to the rich is not the way I want America to be run.
