You need to contact Indian Embassy in your current country of residence I believe. They should be able to guide you. Go here:http://www.immigration.com/india/ for more information including list of Indian Embassies in all countries.

you can only have a maximum of TWO passports. (legally) but if its just a visit you want then the Indian Embassy in your city will help you.
