All of this mamby-pamby nonsense that these extremely polarized sides are going to all of a sudden "work together in a bipartisan manner" is a bunch a hopeful thinking hogwash from the Reichwing.

And it is NOT what the voters intended when they shoved out the Republicans. We want ACCOUNTABILITY and OVERSIGHT over a President RUN AMOK.

These bastards have called us cut and run cowards and terrorist appeasers over the past six years even as they have whittled away and trashed the honor and legitimacy of our democracy.

There is no middle ground.

If Republicans held onto power they would not be talking about "bipartisanship" or finding the "common ground". They would have been proclaiming their mandate was validated and they would have instantly begun to try to eradicate Social Security and pursue other items of their radical agenda.

i heard the israelis did their usual murders of children all over the middle east!! not a surprise at all!! what do u expect from a barbaric race like that!! and what a pathetic excuse for the killings...."militants fired missiles" lol.....i thought the billions on dollars spent on missiles defences were to stop missiles!!! guess it malfunctioned!!! if the israelis continue their lives in this direction....one day the state of israel could be gone once the arabs says enough is enough!!! let them have their fun from the massacres of children!! this 'war' wont long last the way they are going!!! and US should also be punished fro providing weapons and support to these israeli people that kill innocent children for no reason!!! if they want to kill militants then go kill them!!! israel is really gonna get it once iran says thats it and goes all out!! dont think the US will be coming to aid israel then!!! or US will be next on the hit list!! would like to Congratulate the members of the Democrat community here at Yahoo answers. Your candidates did a fine job.

I am not going to pretend that I am happy about the election results.

I hope that the more Conservative Democrats keep people like Nancy Pelosi in line.

I hope that the Democrats realize the importance of funding a strong military.

I hope that we don't turn into a Socialistic Society.

my brother was appointed guardian/conservator of my mother's estate, and went wild with her money. I've finally gotten a discovery report showing he spent close to 200K on his family, and he told me that her care had used up all of her resources. I'm seeking justice, and I want him to be held accountable for how he not only treated my mother, but the rest of the family.
My question is what are the factors that could take the case, changing it from a civil to a criminal matter.?

"Big oil companies a target in new Congress" -certainly not music to my ears. For those of you that voted democrats (or should I say economically illiterate)... what do you think will happen when the dems trash the tax breaks given to "big oil"? Don't you think the consumers (US!) are going to be paying for them in the long run?

I think its time we need to demand that all representatives that are elected get no income other than the one they are paid while in elected office..no kick backs..no cruises....both sides are doing it.

They both have special interests...but we can unite and demand this gets changed.....if everyone next election votes Independent..

The legal(yes,legal!) immigration system in this country is broken. While everybody is busy talking about illegals, we, who came here legally (and paying taxes including social security taxes even though we don't get social security benefits) are suffering due to a broken system. It seriously requires some big changes. Do you support it?

This man has a dirty past and has child abuse charges and an active Department of Social Service investigation on him. I called the mayor of the town he works in and he is not responding.I guess they are good buddies. This man is a danger to the community and I need to know who to speak to to investigate him.
