A friend of mine just filed one in federal court. He has a couple of questions, and would like to hear about the experiences of any other sovereigns who have filed tort claims (like, were they ignored or honored?).

Prove the case because it defends on the evidence presented and not on the experience of others.

They're going to dismiss the claim on the legal grounds of Sovergin Immunity. Which is based on old english law that essentially says the King is above the law, which means the Government isn't held responsiblie.

What he needs to do, is to get the governments permission to sue the government.

Good Luck- every time my Dad tried to sue, the attorneys would take the money then the government would tell the attorneys to drop the case or they'd remove their license to practice law.
