Ahh, the Good Ole Boy system at it's finest. Going on here where I live. Did a big story about some small rural departments hiring guys will felony drug arrest, aggravated assaults. Smaller departments like that somehow can sometimes get away without doing background checks, don't know how, some loop hole I guess.
I agree with the previous post, you're going to need proof of it, and any information you have. Try contacting your state Bureau of Investigation office. (If you lived in Kansas, it would be called KBI, here in Tennesse it's TBI, etc.) Can also contact the agency that certifies the officers. Some states it's called POST(Police Officer's Standards & Training) or CJST(Criminal Justice Standards and Training). They're the one's that can yank a cop's certification.

The Attorney Generals Office in the Capital of your state. Setting up a nondescript appointment would be appropriate because showing up with documented information is the best thing you can do. The city/county will have public records you can get before going to the A.G. office. Remember, someone just showing up and saying stuff doesn't really work....have as much substantiated evidence as you can get, even if it's affidavits from individuals. (Affidavit is a document signed in front of an officer of the court or a notary which you can find at any bank) . good luck.

If you actually know any of this is true and not just gossip contact the Law Enforcement Officer certifying agency in your state. You can also call your state Attorney General's office - they can take your report and give you the info on your state Law Enforcement Officer certifying agency if you don't know it.

Start with the city manager, but you should have some proof that he is a corrupt cop.

I would send him a message personally via my ar-15. This is the quickest and most effective method I know of for removing corrupt lucifers, I mean officers.

well if he were a danger then i highly doubt that he would be on the police force.....how do you know this???? for a fact i mean? or are you just going by hearsay?......if so happens that he is then there aint much you can do (meaning if he screwed up and he is living a normal life now, trouble free that is) if he is a harm to society then they will take care of it..
