Of course you will be responsible! If you will be drinking, you will not be in a position to prove to the authorities that you did not serve the alcohol to the minors while being drunk. In case if something happens to a minor during the party, or after the party as a consequence of drinking (for example: accident, injury, rape), you, as an adult, will be held responsible guaranteed! There is no question about it.

Stop being a child. For goodness sake. "Wah - you won't let me invite my friends, so I'm going to call the cops on you! Neener!" *rolls eyes* Talk with your roomates and say that you're uncomfortable with being at a party with a bunch of people you don't know, and that while you know it's their party, you'd really appreciate it if you could invite a couple of people so you knew someone there. If they say no, well - you tried, and they're being a little poopie headed. But that doesn't mean that you should reciprocate. Just remember this (and remind them if neccessary) for the next time you would like some private time at the apartment.

YES YES YES there is no question you will be charged with multiple charges. first you have no way to prove you didn't and two you are allowing it to happen which makes you just as guilty by law as the person who did buy the liquor so just didn't do its not worth the hassle find some friends of age and then go party it up and have a good time

As long as you didn't contribute any alcohol you are not responsible. My question to you is why go to a party where there will be underage drinking ?

Yes, you could be charged with contributing to the deliquency of a teenager, which is normally a misdeminor. However, alcohol has come under serious fire in the past few years and you could be charged with felonous misconduct.

As long as you are not the host and you are absolutely not furnishing the alcohol (or bringing minor to the party in your car), you will not be held criminally responsible. Morally maybe.

you would be arrested and have to try and prove you did not.
The innocent untill proven guilty does not always work.
By allowing the illegal behvior of a minor, you are normally considered part of it.
