Voting republican accomplishes only two things:
1. Keeps taxes low (if you're rich).
2. Ensures that the crooks in the Whitehouse can continue to pay kickbacks to their oil buddies and laugh at the rest of America who thinks they really care about the Religjous Right.

While i'm taking a break off from college this semester to transfer to a different school, I'm working full time making about 11/hr.

But most of the adults/young men/women my age who work there, and didn't go to college seem to all talk/act/walk the same way. Everyone uses the word F*** more often than hello, they don't have regard for anyone, and they all believe that 911 was an inside job/listen to rap music.

What the hell is happening to this country.

ive seen videos on google of fema camps full with ( asphexiation gas?), fences and ways to keep people in like an outbreak movie. ive also seen that they are renovating them around the country with us army trains and such. wtf is going on? can anybody explain this to me?

has been deployed to Iraq twice in the Army...he came back his last time and was watching the news and he said "you know, I didnt realize this war was so bad until I got back", at first I thought he meant he was against the war now so i was like whatre you talking about???....he said..."this war is portrayed by the media as being so intensely dangerous and nothing but horrific things going on when thats not the case at all. There are 150000 or so soldiers in Iraq and only 100 died this month, the chances of living are significantly higher and we have the same chance of dying in our own home as we do here, not to devalue anyones life b/c its sad but the media is so liberal all they do is portray us and this war in a negative manner and its degrading"....

Why does the media and anyone for that matter talk about things that they have NO CLUE about, and try to bend it any way they can to try and prove their own personal battle, to try and manipulate Americans????

Please give me your honest opinion or right answer about current situation in Somalia. Can Somalia be saved from going to War with Ethiopia? Is the war against Somalia justified or legit. 2 African brothers are going to war - who is behind it, who's going to benefit? Do you think Somali's will trust the West to solve their problems? I think instead of building walls and fences on the Texas border, that maybe we should start negotiating annexing portions of Mexico and Cuba (when Castro Dies). I think it’s a better idea to add stars on the flag instead of building border walls. Am I right or just dreaming of American Imperialism?

I had signed up a stipulation agreement in 2003(when I was overseaa)with First Select to waive the rights and time provision of California code of civil procedure section 583.160,583.210,583.310,583.360,583.410,and 583.420
despite the fact that I had not missed making payments to them. The outstanding amount wasaround $4800, and the payment I committed to make was over $7,000. I only have few more
payments to make, but I don't really think that this is fair. And since I am overseas, I do not have much choice as I have no resource or legal aid that I can get to. Please Help!!SOS!!

I mean in a free world this means even ppl who have no intelligence still have the right to help choose our leaders and etc...should there be a certain IQ level you have to maintain to become a registered voter?

Has anyone seem the man show where they go out w/ a "stop womens suffrage" sign and have women sign for this "cause" and they get ALOT of women who do sign for this? Should ppl that ignorant be allowed to vote for our leaders of this free world? I mean to me this taints the whole system.

In Florida, several busses loaded with African American voters were deterred from voting when somebody tripped the power and knocked the machines offline for the day. In Ohio, they have passed laws mandating that a state photo ID must be shown that has the same address as that on their voting registration, eliminating those who move frequently, namely the poor and African American. Also in Ohio, there are fewer than half the voting machines available in predominately black areas as white. It's no wonder that they win elections, they cheat!!
