jus wondering if anyone knows...i have a record 14 years old for public mischief and one 5 years back for shoplifting a (embarassing 5 dollar item)wondering if i can enter u.s.?by driving?

If you didnt appear in court or pay these charges then if you enter the US and get stopped then more than likely there will be a warrant out for Failure to Appear. Before you go to the states contact Driver Control to find out where the charges are if you don't remember. Then call those courts and ask how much it would cost to take care of these warrants in full. If you pay them in full then they will be cleared off your record.

Those are Pink panter crimes but if you are serious about being worried about your pink panter crimes don't commit any kind of crimes it doesn't sound that you are cut out for a life of crime!! Left the states for that !! Hell where did you go too?? How long have you been gone? Hey maybe you can wright a book and then a movie ! Stay safe little brother and stay out of trouble..

It is unlikely the record will show up upon entry. But you are supposed to ask for a waiver and get a visa.
