A recent Survey on Yahoo news show that the majority of US' allies believe Bush to be more a danger to world peace than any other of the crazy maniac leaders in the world.

I totally agree. Going by past stats, he has killed far more innocents than either the Iranians, N. Koreans or even Saddam.

What about you?

The Scottish headlines have been dominated by calls from MSP Helen Eadie to "eliminate children under 15 completely from the streets at night". She wants "zero tolerance".

The Labour MSP from Dunfermline East recently visited Cowdenbeath, in her constituency, to address the issue of anti-social behaviour...but when she got there her car was surrounded by "hoodies" and was rocked and damaged. Yes, this must have been a scary experience but is condemning ALL under 15s (the majority of whom are law abiding) to house arrest really the solution?

In the adult world, similar measures would never even be considered. For example, a minority of adults commit crimes like theft...could we show 'zero tolerance' and stick ALL adults in jail to prevent it from persisitently happening? I think not.

Condemning all kids to curfew as kneejerk reaction to her own scary experience is proposterous and penalises all the law abiding children who should be entitled to freedom at night, right?

Corporate profits are up. Top executives are raking in eight-digit compensation packages. But the paychecks of most people haven’t budged. Median household earnings are actually below what they were in 1999. Meanwhile, the costs of energy, health insurance, and college tuitions are skyrocketing.

It's time to bring fairness back to the economy.

Agree?

While campaigning against same sex marraige, the leader of the National Association of Evangelicals resigns under cloud of gay sex and meth allegations. Could it be that those who shout the loudest about ethics and morals are really hiding their own scandals?

I've recently read an article that asked Londoners to "take part in the largest demonstration of People Power that London has ever seen". The demonstration asks for citizens to turn of lights in an event that could be seen from space. However, it also asks us to 'defrost our fridges', 'turn down heating' and unplug electrical appliences - why!?

I've never come accross an event like this and am trully baffled by its purpose. Sure, energy saving is big right now but why for on day? I suggest power is needed somewhere for something and this is a way of using this power without a majority noticing anything.

Other dates suggest such plan - try these links:

for John Kerry? The one where they intentionally mispelled words to spoof his comments about their education.

I just asked a question regarding Kerry, and I used the quoted mispelling of his name (Jon Carry) . And 40% of the answerers chastised me for being 'ignorant', because they thought that I didn't know how to spell. Other than their exposure of their own ignorance, I'm now wondering, just how many people on this site are clueless to current events!? How many of you were unaware of the banner? And no....I'm not going to call anyone ignorant here, the others from my other question were ignorant for accusing me of the same.

Israel has just opened fire on a group of women walking to a Mosque in Gaza, killing at least one. Israel also killed a 4 year old boy overnight. Palestinian children being killed by Israeli snipers is almost a daily occurrence.

Since 2000, Israel has killed over 5 Palestinians for ever Israeli killed. 8 times more Palestinian children have died, Israel has 9599 prisoners compared to just one Israeli held in Palestine and over 4000 Palestinian homes have been destroyed, but 0 Israeli homes.

Many people believe that Israel deliberately target civilians and use banned weapons, such as EMF weapons & cluster bombs. What are your views?

Is Israel getting away with killing women & children without international condemnation? If so why? Is it American protection, a failure of the international community or just a fact of this bloody war?

Do you think Israeli actions constitute terrorism or a fierce, but justified act of preventative warfare?

Its the autobiography of the President and Chief of Pakistan Army, the true story of struggle and survival of both Pakistan and himself, he tried to justify every thing and brought people from behind the curtains, do you think such steps should be done by other rulers as well? Isnt it a bold step in this regard?

Top officials don't mention how illegal immigration has hurt citizens. Government not protecting our borders since 80's is shameful. The massive immigration of illegals to Los Angeles has driven 'up' the cost of living, while keeping wages 'down' as the illegals and amnesty group compete with citizens for low pay jobs, but middle class jobs too. Illegals march for amnesty and demand higher wages. They make more than I do. Made $6.75 in 1983, 2 bd. apart. was $322 per mo. Now make $8 per hr. (same job with license), and can't afford a 1 bd. apartment which starts at $1000 per mo. You live with relatives or on streets. Many middle aged live in vehicles, families too. Good free medical care stopped in 90's. Now many closed free clinics and acute hospitals. Free clinics left take 6 mos. to get appoint, then there 9 hrs., standing for 3. System a shambles. Haven't seen dr. for 10 yrs., get heart meds mail order. ER's full of illegals. Citizens should march, and sue government!

The muslim community is very close knit. Hence each and every one of them will know someone (a friend of a friend say) who is somewhat militant to whatever degree. So why aren't they in the the police stations telling the police everything they know if they protest innocence.

Ive heard 100 times a day that "democrats have a better way"......PLZ tell me this better way (and be realistic everyone knows pulling out of Iraq now isnt an option). If we leave now we lose all credibility, respect, and no country will fear us...the N. Korea issue will get MUCH larger b/c they will see how weak we have become, and it will result in more terrorist attacks on American soil...so what would you advise us to do dems?????
