open and tell you it's illegal? how is it that they have the right to come into your place of business and seize all equipment & monies if you have followed their rules?( other than they can because they are the law ) i mean how can this be legal? i am serious, if you did everything they say you could, how is it legally right on their part?

You would have to explain a lot more about what happened before this question could be answered. Did you get a permit to open a store to sell pot? Legal maybe in your state ,but not the Federal Govt? Did you open a restaurant and get closed down because of unsafe conditions?
More explanation is necessary.

I am not sure I know what you are talking about, but I don't doubt it one bit. Our government has gotten a bit out of control. I think they should quit flying our flag until we get the government back under the control of the people it serves again.
