A valid test to determine if a person was actually stoned at a given time like they have for alcohol would help keep highways and workplaces safe without interferring with choices people make for recreation in the privacy of there own homes or an outing with a disignated driver. I'ld really like to know if one is under developement, can't be, or has been and hushed up. Should I repeat this Q in science and medicine?

I spent 30 years in the US Marines fighting for this country and want to send you my thanks for what you are doing for all of us, hope you enjoy this joke and you are all in my prayers, Thank you and God Bless. Signed MGYSGT WOODALL USMC (Retired)

Three guys -- a Canadian farmer, Osama bin Laden, and an American engineer are walking together one day. They come across a lantern and a Genie pops out of it.

"I will give each of you one wish, which is three wishes total” says the Genie.

The Canadian says, "I am a farmer, my dad was a farmer, and my son will also farm. I want the land to be forever fertile in Canada." Polo!

With a blink of the Genie's eye, the land in Canada was forever made fertile for farming.

Osama bin Laden was amazed, so he said, "I want a wall around Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran so that no infidels, Jews or Americans can EVER come into our precious state."

Polo! Again, with the blink of the Genie's eye, there was a huge wall around those countries...

The American engineer asks, "I am very curious. Please tell me more about this wall".

The Genie explains, "Well, its 5000 feet high, 500 feet thick and completely surrounds these countries........ It’s virtually
impenetrable. Now what is your wish?"

The American engineer smiles and says, "Fill it with water."

I had told someone that he was a sexoffender and now he is threatening to evict me. That is public information and there are people that live in the building who have kids, I think it is only fair and their right to know this.

My friend lent me his car. While it was parked at home, it got towed by the police because it had expired registration.
Because the car was my friend's, I called the station saying I was him ( gave his name) ( my bud told me to call in his name, he wanted no part in getting the car out, his reg was paid, his new stickers were coming in the mail ) and the cops were very rude, and I end up filing a complaint against the bad cop.
In the complaint I wrote that my friend called the station several times and did it from my place, after he got frustrated, he asked me to get involved. I had to write that, because I called in the first place saying I was him. Later on, I called as myself. In the report I wanted it to look as if he began the calls, and I took over, when I got in the fall out with the sargent.
Later on, a great sargent helped me out, once the DMV paperwork was straightened out, and the car was given back at no charge. The thing is that I got served with a court

"Yesterday, on CNN, House Majority Leader John Boehner blamed the US military for losing the war in Iraq:

House Majority Leader John Boehner: Wolf, I understand that, but let's not blame what's happening in Iraq on Rumsfeld.

http://www.alternet.org/blogs/peek/43812/

Wolf Blitzer: But he's in charge of the military.

House Majority Leader John Boehner: But the fact is the generals on the ground are in charge and he works closely with them and the president. [CNN, 11/1/06]

Given an opportunity to take back that comment, Boehner elected instead to stay the course."

Didn't Rumsfeld and his team decide NOT to listen to the US Generals? Aren't the Generals upset about that?

Here's mine:
In AIT a guy was always playing practical jokes, and we had had enough. So, we got his roommate to tell us when he was taking a dump. We crept in to the room, opened the bathroom door suddenly, and sprayed him with the fire extinguisher. I snapped a photo, which I still have.

The expression on his face, as the white clouds from the extinguisher billow towards him and he's on the pot with his pants around his ankles, makes me laugh to this day. Oh, ya we did get in trouble, but not much, and it was definitely worth it.

Tell me a funny story of yours.....

No, really - try to answer the question. I can't think of a period over the last 2,000 years when Jews weren't actively persecuted, or passively assumed to be leading some civilization-destroying conspiracy.

If you can think of a period in time, let me know.

It was interesting seeing Rush bully a sick Michael Fox. Why are some people impressed by bullying tactics? What is the attraction to that kind of behavior? And what does it do for the greater good?

How can republicans go on about abortion when your killing thousands in iraq?
Iraq is causing more trouble than it's fixing.
Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, Bush admitted that himself.
He didn't have WMDs so why are we still there?

My father told me that he would not subject our family to such a court hearing stating that they would try to defame my mother's death, (she died in a hospital due to staff negligence) yet I have found out that he indeed did go to trial, and did recieve a financial reward without my knowledge. He continues to deny this.

Am I entitled to some of this reward, and is he in violation of any laws?

Thank you for your attention to this delicate matter...

Is humanity in the final steps of becoming into slavery? I can't believe this our rights and liberties are taken away with each day.
There are cameras any where you watching you.Engalnd has 4.2 million cameras, with speaker phones that can talk to you if you do something wrong. New cell phones and cars have GPS,track your movement any where your on a globe. New biometric ID cards that will replace medicare card, driver license, credit card and everything also. After that VeriChip will be introduced,it will be implanted in your right hand. Your movements will be watched all the time. If you won't have it you won't be able to buy or sell,so you willl be an outcast in society. All plans are already there. New LCD TVs have Camera cells in them, meaning your tv is like a camera for government to watch your house, dont believe me pick up Maximum PC magazine. Our phones and internet use are already listened to. Is it just me or is it seem that government soon will have complete control over us.

Kerry told the students that if they studied hard they could do well, but if they didn't "you get stuck in Iraq." His office said he neglected to add the punch line: "Just ask President Bush."

I want her to get one legally, it is not that difficult at all if she can prove she will only be visiting (which she can). I do not know how she plans to get here without one but what happens if she gets caught either on her way back to her home country or in the states?

Isn't it federal law signed by BUSH in the 'no child left behind'? This includes both legals and illegals. So, to blame illegals for going to our schools is placing blame on the wrong people. Shouldn't you be looking at and bashing BUSH and not the illegals with regard to education? Aren't illegals simply taking advantage of what Bush signed into law?

Despite heavily covering Kerry's "botched joke," media largely ignored Boehner's comments that "the generals on the ground," not Rumsfeld, are to "blame for what's happening in Iraq". Hey Boehner why not do the normal thing and blame Clinton? Please don't insult the troops.

I hope everyone knows they do vote. They use absentee ballots.
Many troops support Bush and Rumsfeld, and many are fed up with them.
If they vote democratic, they will be pulled out of Iraq sooner, though. If they vote republican, they will be there for quite a while longer.
Considering this, who do you believe more troops will vote for with their absentee ballots?
