I want her to get one legally, it is not that difficult at all if she can prove she will only be visiting (which she can). I do not know how she plans to get here without one but what happens if she gets caught either on her way back to her home country or in the states?

If she is a Mexican and can run fast then crossing into the USA shouldnt be a issue. Look at the 20 million or so that have gotten already so she will do fine as long as she ducks low and runs fast. Even if she gets caught the USA's catch and release policy will allow her to go free anyway so why worry just let her to croiss over. if caught she is free and if not caught then she is ion free so she wins both ways. Even if sent back she can cross over and over again until she suceeds...........

To get a visa she has to prove she is working and has a reason to go back to where she is from. A visa will cost her 100 us dlls and it is not a guaruntee that she will get approved. When applying she should simply say if she lives close to the border some what that she wants one so she can go shopping. If she doesnt then she should simply say that she wants to site see on vacation. Make sure she doesnt say that she wants to visit her boyfriend or family members since they will think she wont want to go back. If she is to get caught crossing or even on her way back without a visa it will be put on file and in the future if she tries to apply for legal entry they wont give it to her. Getting a Visa is not all that easy . It depends on the mood of the immigration officer who screens her too . From what i have been told they only give out so many visas a year . If she can show round trip ticket arraingments it helps too.

If she gets caught during her entry, she will be sent back. If she get caught trying to leave the States or within the States, she will be sent back with a record. The record will prevent her from obtaining a legal visa to visit the States for about 10 years.

Where is she ? Mexico ? Taiwan ?,,,,,,,,She can't enter the country without a visa. Some countries won't let a person leave without one...And if she gets caught, she gets a free ride to the airport...And can't even appy for a visa for 10 years...Is it worth it ??? Talk some sense into her...

If she is from Russia, she can't get a visa if she is under 40. But, from other countries that allow it; if she is caught then they are supposed to deport her so..........if she gets here you need to marry quickly and that may change the result a little.

She needs to get a Visitors Visa from her Embassy. You need to write a letter for her to take to her Embassy, outlining that you will be sponsoring her trip and that you will provide accommodation is necessary and support her financially if the need arises. You also need to send proof of your address, a copy of your passport/visa and bank statements. HTH.

I heard ,if you get caught you can not return to the U.S. for 10 years, and you may not be able to become a citizen ever.
but you might want to ask ICE and find out for sure, really if you love her, and she loves you, you will not want to be seperated for life because she got in a hurry and did not follow the procedures.
