I live in Halifax County in southside Virginia. My county is located in a very economically depressed reigon. About 75% of the people here are uneducated and there is a very large amount of african americans. The Virgina state governemnt does notrhing to help us. Meanwhile NOVA (Northern Virginia) has some of the richest people in the country, has the highest per capita income in the nation, and has the 2nd best education system in the U.S. The taxbase there is unbelievable and there is almost always a surplus of money. The Virginia State government never takes that money to help us poorer counties. Its almost if we dont exist. Why does the governemnt only help those that already have money?

I basically ran my car into a dudes bike because he came out of nowhere from the side. He fell but got right back up before I could even get out of my car. He said he was alrigt and that his bike was not damaged. I kept offering him my number but he insisted he was alright and let me go.
I see him on myspace and message him if he was ok and that i was still sorry.

Apparently he had time to think about this, and replied that he realized he dislocated his finger and messed up his back and left ankle. But he doesnt want to go to the hospital. Then he asks me if I could lend him 500 dollars for a car n he'll pay me back.

If I could get him to admit on myspace or any other form such as a recorded convo that he was not realy injured by persuading him to tell the truth and I'll help pay the car, can I use this as evidence if he ever tried to sue?

And would it be a legitmate form of evidence that will strand strong during such a case?

a girl i use to hang with spent the nite at my house and asked if her boy friend could come over, i said yes and he brought some dude to my home in which did not know , iasked them to leave and they did. me and her left to got the store and came back 20mins later and the two guys were there i told her that i was very tired and exhuasted from not sleeping and work and asked her to tell her friends to leave every one got up to leave or so i thought ...i went to get in the tub and i did not lock the door due to my kids coming in and out this guy came in and tried to rape me as we fought he hit me several times i screamed for help many many timess but no one came he then tried to leave out i screamed call the police when i looked around for her she was on the porch and her boyfriend was in my bedroom sitting down i put him out again. now my cousin slapped her because he wanted to ask her boy friend questions; not fight him she said no she was not giving up any #s .

It's been happening pretty frequently for the past month or so. I get other people's mail delivered to my house and I've had other people drop off my mail to me that was delivered to their house. And the 2 days, I haven't received any mail at all except for magazines and junk mail. That's very unusual because my household receives alot of mail everyday.

Maybe the people at the post office are getting confused because my neighborhood uses the same house numbers for every street. For instance, my address is 2107 Burton Way but it was delivered to 2107 N Alpine Dr., and there are a whole lot of streets here. I don't know what's going on at the Post Office if there is new people or something working but is there anything I can do?

I have yet to hear each side say what the other side says it says, for the most part (expect for the very rare occurance). I wonder where these people get these ideas from? Really, where do the libs get the idea that all cons love Bush and the War and where do the cons get the impression that all libs love illegal aliens and terrorists?

I really don't like it when people say that we should becouse we shouldn't. we can't drop out now or some other dictator will go in their and just bomb us agian but if we get a strong leader in he won't let it happen.

For example, you enter into a contract to build a house with a builder. The house is supposed to be 3000sq ft but it really is 2500sq ft. The builder knew it wasnt really 3000sq ft before entering into the contract but priced it at that price.
