In a two party system there are no real "Good guys".

The Neocons like to act like some of us don't remember who they used to be, Dixiecrats.

These worthless lumps of flesh fled the Democratic party when LBJ did the Civil Rights thing and took over a party that was very weak after WW 2.

Some stayed democrat, Strum Thurmond, hoping they could still turn the party around and go back to the good old days of segregation, Jim crow and all male rule of the country; please note what bills the neocons keep trying to pass.

How can that be? They hate most Americans. They hate American society and culture. The hate the US Constitution because it is a secular document that excludes religion from public life. They hate the secular government created by our Founding Fathers.

They do not value human life - American or foreign. They illegally and immorally invade nations that are no threat to us - and will not even tell us the truth about the reason why.

They have destroyed the honor, dignity, and international respect that our nation worked over two hundred years to earn. They oppose health care for most Americans.

They hate education. They greatest heroes - Rush and Hannity - are school drop-/flunk-outs and are proud of it. By opposing the teaching of science in our schools, they are condemning us to a future where we are not competitive. It is inexcusable that people from even undeveloped nations are more educated than Americans.

They live hundreds of years in the past. They believe in creationism, ghosts, Bigfoot, space aliens, left-wing conspiracies, and George Bush, but not in the patriotism of their fellow Americans.

They still think that Americans have a lifestyle superior to that of European nations. They do not know that Europeans work less and have more than they do.

They see everyday that the Iraq war is a failure, but they would rather see American soldiers and innocent Iraqi's die than elect a democrat to the position of dog catcher.

They are so determined to be stupid and ignorant that they will not listen to what Kerry really said (absolutely nothing about the American military or military personnel - and all about George Bush) and allow themselves to be led by the nose by people even stupider than they are.

They really don't know that Clinton was, and still is, the most respected US President since Kennedy and that his Presidency restored America's preeminent position in the world to a level that had not existed since immediately after WWII.

They are only the good guys to those who hate America and seek its destruction

Well if you consider John Kerry stating that all of our tropps are dumb makes him a bad guy, which I don't see how you can't, then yeah republicans are the good guys.

And to Map, Political socialization shows that older people vote republican mroe than younger people. Grade school graduates tend to vote democratic more than hgigh school grads, and high school grads tend to vote democratic mroe than college grads. Think about that, if you can buddy.

The thing about Democrats is that they've come to focus more on their watcjhdog function sijnce they're out of office instead of a plan to amke our country better. Like they say "lets get out of Iraq." and then what guys? Wait for them to start a nuclear holocaust? Sorry, but I'm not gonna sit on ym *** and wait for that to happen. I have better things to do than WWIII. And for the record, 9/11 was brought into action because the radicalists in the middle east wanted to get the U.S. forces out of there so they wcould spread their beliefs and build an army. If we had just taken the troops out, we'd have been doing what they wanted, and they would have an army by now and WWIII would most likely have already started.

I am a dem but that doesnt really matter to me, let me put it like this there are good dem's and bad dem's(John Kerry); there are good republicans and bad ones(i will mention no names)....I just go by their standards I mean Bush was great in the way that he handled 9/11, but the way he is handling Iraq(not so good) i dont approve of the war but i do approve of our U.S. Troops I just wish they werent over there getting killed with their own weapons. As much as I hate to say it we are not winning. Not all democrats are the bad guys, not all republicans are bad gus(i have many GOP friends) most of them good, but a lot bad. Republicans/Democrats please dont hate me i'm just keepin' it real. WE NEED A PERSON TO RUN THAT WE BE SRTOND, AND RIGHT AT THE SAME TIME AND PROTECT OUR COUNTRY AS WELL AS OUR RIGHTS THAT'S WHO SHOULD RUN FOR OFFICE, NOT SOMEONE JUST IN IT FOR FAME, FORTUNE, AND POLITICS!!!! VOTE ON TUESDAY!

That's because the Democrats/liberals have too much class to go around bashing those who mentally inferior. Look who their leader is for cryin' out loud - George "The Decider" Bush who never met a word or sentence he couldn't mangle.

A party who's first presidential candidate was Abe Lincoln & was behind civil rights has to have some good qualities.

The problem is some Republicans have turned into wimps & feel they have to 'get along with liberals'. They have to return to their original principles & ideals, just like many Democrats have to.

Well..........that's kind of the point of your question. I think your question just answered itself. If they are the "good guys", then they wouldn't have to point their finger at so many others.

They have a saying in Tennessee........ I mean in Texas, well, I guess they have it in Tennessee too. When you point you finger at someone, there are three pointing back at you. Stick out your hand and point....... I think you'll understand the meaning of that statement.

Enough said.

I think you should request a recount. Both sides give as good as they get. Overall, yes Republicans are the good guys.

It's not the people, it's the message. There are idiots of every school of thought but it is the Conservative MEssage which has made the Country what it is today and has spread freedom throughout the World.
The Liberal message stems from old and failed Communist-Socialist ideas along with Humanism and a disdain for Christ.
