While campaigning against same sex marraige, the leader of the National Association of Evangelicals resigns under cloud of gay sex and meth allegations. Could it be that those who shout the loudest about ethics and morals are really hiding their own scandals?

Preachers hiding their own scandals under a cloak of righteousness? This sure seems to be the case! I'm beginning to wonder about the chicken and the egg. Does preaching hate against a group mean you're covering yourself, or does obsessive hate turn into compulsive behavior of the type you hate? Either way, it's another compelling reason to keep religion out of politics.

WOW, i would`nt want to be in the same room as a Republican at one of their conventions. My @ss would literally be on the line. Or in a line up, like theirs should be.
