Or pays the most to media outlets..
In Australia we use 1 voting system for all, too.
No weird differences between rich and poor states, town or country voting areas.
Simple too...
Mark a standard paper ballot ...cheap efficient and fast.
Unlike USA where unreliable local methods are used to determine who runs the wars for the next term.
Democracy in action in USA , I think not..
