No, he is the front man for the men who rule America. He has been part of the Big Lie for a long time. He couldn't find his way out of a closet without the help of his dad's men, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Baker. "Most of our imports come from overseas" is his level of knowledge, and that's when he is sober. The men who rule America and the world are a good deal smarter than Dubbya.
