I want to know exactly how you got out of this mess it seems they screw you over at every chance they get. Is it possible for them to take your license away twice even after you have paid the 400 to get the freaken thing back. And did you have to take a DUI program class? did you have the money for it? if not what was your process to obtain the money. Anything and everything you can give me on the process it takes to get out of this mess would be great. Don't answer if you are going to just put I dont know or stupid answers only serious ones please

I brought charges against someone several years ago, and he's now in prison. However, I've had something come up and I need a copy of the transcript of the trial. How do I obtain a copy of the transcript?

Also, is it possible to recieve victims' benefits (counseling, etc.) years after the fact? I was in the military at the time, and living out of state. The trial was approximately 10 years ago.

I was awarded £2100/month maintenance by the court in Ancillary Relief. My husband later quite his good paying job, and took a small (low paying) teaching job in Far East. Our children are all grown-up and on their own, so that is not an issue. He has kept part ownership in a flat in the UK, has a small pension in UK, but otherwise moved all his money to Far East.

I do not want to pay a big solicitor bill to find out I can't do anything. Is there anything I could do? Has anyone been in this situation before?

Since so many people deny that global warming exists:

If this turns out to be right, can all of us who know global warming exists make you pay for the cost. By denying it, you are hurting our ability to correct it and stop what will cost us a lot. So if you turn out to be wrong, who will pay for it?

I have to pay my neighbor some money because her tree was encroaching into my property. I had asked my neighbor to remove the tree when I bought the property 4+years ago when the tree was not on my property. Know due to CA law I have to pay for part tree being removed. Should I ask the judge for a re-trail? I am afraid that the judge might ask me to pay for more if I ask for a re-trail. Any suggestions?

It was with great expectations I opened up Bill O'Reilly's latest opus "Culture Warrior". While I don't agree with eveything Mr. O'Reilly said, I found quite a few of his arguments compelling. Redistribution of wealth being one of these. I am not rich. I work for a non-profit writing grants so we may continue to help single parent families with children. I find the idea of redistribution of wealth anti-American and repulsive. Here we live in a country where children are told with hard work and a little luck, anything is possible. The doctrine of Redistribution of wealth strike me as idiotic. Save for a few people, Bill Gates, George Soros (Wow, I gave credit to Soros) the vast majority of wealthy people have no intention of giving up what is in many cases illegally gotten wealth. The Kennedys wealth came from bootlegging. My question to the S-P's is do you really want women wearing burkas, do we want a theocracy run by mullahs.

I am a senoir in high school and am thinking about joining the Navy next year. I was wondering if you could describe any good jobs to lookout for and maybe a description of what they are. I got a 99 on my AFQT so that shouldn't be problem.
I'd particularly like a job that involved learning a foreign language, but that's okay if they're not.

We actively support the struggle of workers and all oppressed people for economic, political and social reforms, both as a means to improve their conditions and to advance their confidence and fighting strength. But reforms within the capitalist system cannot put an end to oppression and exploitation. Capitalism must be replaced.

The structures of the present government grew up under capitalism and are designed to protect capitalist rule. The working class needs an entirely different kind of state--a democratic workers’ state based on councils of workers’ delegates.

We do not support candidates of capitalist parties like the Democrats or the Republicans. We support genuine left-wing candidates and political action that promotes independence from the corporate-dominated two-party system in the U.S.
