My mother is unfortunately terminally ill and has life estate at a home in which I am the sole remainder. My mother has been living away from the home for the last few months and will not be returning to the home. Do I have any right as to enter the premises and secure it and prevent neglect and waste? This would seem reasonable considering I have a future interest in the property. It’s not as simple as asking my mother for permission; she is in the care of disgruntled family members who have already taken everything from my father who died only a few months ago. I just thank God that I have a copy of the official deed that is filed at the court house stating that I am the sole remainder. So please give me some advise (I know I need to talk to a lawyer, but every time I call the lawyers in the area of the property, they are busy)...so your advice will be greatly appreciated.

Could it be possible to "destroy" a tornado by blowing it up with nuclear weapon? If so, how would weapon yield vary with tornado size, strength, etc? Also, where would the bomb(s) need to be placed for maximum effectiveness? I know you'd kill a lot more people, but this is a nonpratical question. also the movie "atomic twister" REALLY sucked balls.

Bubba Bush and his hand picked group of administrators droped the ball and lost it during the Katrina fiasco.This and the 'war' in the middle east has changed my veiw of how this country is run. I know Dr.Kahan's nuke affair with Iran, N.Korea. My question is only about the honour for his sacrifice to Pakistan and Pakistanis are simply digesting it eventhough the first and fore most muslim country to have Nuke cababilities just because of his blue print taken from Germany. The other Nuclear Scintiests of Pakistan may face same fate like Dr. Khan in future.

Whereas our Indians are honouring the scientiests like taking them to Rajya Sabha, inducting as Minister, honouring as President of India.

They all think I'm a whore. I'm 16 but I only had sex with 4 different guys. The girls call me a slut and make fun of me all the time. Sometimes they even make me cry. I was checking-out of a motel. Turned on the news and saw, what I thought to be a rehearsal or practice emergency response. The first plane had hit minutes earlier.
