Igot a ticket on 12/20/05 for no proof of ins. and crack windshield court date set for 2/20/06 had ins. at time of stop, just not on me, I got a new windshield $200. before court, but I missed court {gilbert,az.} now they want 1000.00 it's in collections and I can't get my driving privilage back until it is paid

What if you say you hate liberals and end up needing life saving surgery from a doctor who just happens to be liberal? What if you say you hate republicans but a police officer who happens to be republican saves your child from a sick predator? What if your son or daughter decides they are on there own now and choose to vote against what they have been taught? I think people have gotten way too far away from common values that define a "good human being". As for the men and women in uniform, I don't care if they are democrat or republican, I support them! And politics does not define what is a good person or a bad person! My vote is whats important. This jibber jabber doesn't mean **** anyway! Its almost like a new form of racism! Nobody should ever be treated different on the job because of their political views either!! Thats just ******* insane! But it does happen! Obsolutely rediculous!

along the USA Mexican boarder is like shutting the window while leaving the doors still WIDE open. This will not stop anything really because the ILLEGALS especially Mexicans will just use the open boarder along the rest of the 1600 miles of the non fenced areas to cross.
- Do you think this Fence is just a political screen / run for the election and to work towards the general presidental election 2 years away,
-Is this a step to actually close the boarder to the illegal in the far far future
-or is this just a smoke up the Citizens and the TAX payers butts and much ado about nothing politics as usual ploy......

I went to court this morning to get child support... my sons father wasnt there--and no one knows where he is. Social services did find him once and now he is no longer there. My caseworker told me this morning that she would try until December to find him and if she doesnt then she is going to dismiss it. How the hell can she do this when i just filed for child support 2 months ago... this was my first court hearing. What can i do to find him>? Please help!!! I know this man is not without a job... its not like him. Social services is just worthless and they have too much on their hands to help people! So please help me... His name is Darren Wayne Horne

i dont think we should. heck i dont blame them for sneaking over the border. they live in such horrible conditions. We americans have ben privileged, having everything at our fingertips. I think we should learn to live with other people. But it does piss me off that they are not paying taxes, i dont agree with the thought of paying taxes, but that just makes me mad,

11 days ago I was given a ticket for making an illegal turn (NOT a red light), and I was never told how much. Does any one know exactly where I can find out how much it is or where I can pay it?

Thier phone line is constantly busy and none of the violations codes on the back refer to mine. The internet proved useful only for red lights and parking, and I only have 4 days left to mail this in.
Does any one know how to deal with such a situation?

I receaved a ticket for 39 in a 20mph school zone. This violation occured in Ohio where the sign is painted on the road. This is as far as I know the legal boundry of the zone. There are also "pole" signs that give you the restricted speed and hours. I moved into the area 5 months ago and never drove down that road until that day.(becasue of heavy traffic on my normal route to work) The pole sign is located between 150 - 200' inside the marked road sign in both directions. I may just be missing something here but that just does not seem right. The ticket was written at 7:45am and the restricted hours were 7am to 8am. How is one to know what the restricted hours are for the school zone if they are posted within the zone and it is too late to react? I do know that the speed limit is 20mph but I thought I had another 15mins before it was in affect. It turns out,on this alternate route there are other schools that have the same setup for the signs.(those restricted hours are 8am to 9am

My daughter lives with her dad in AZ.. We have 2 daughters together. our oldest lives with me cause he can't deal with her anymore (so he says). He said he wanted to keep our yungest. Plus I have another little one with my bf. last year before I got my oldest back I got to get them for x-mas then I found out my oldest was exposed to adult content. So i did what any worried parent would do and had both of them check out and called the AZ police as well as the IN. police too. When it was time for there dad to take them back I told him he couldn't cause of what happened. He called the IN. police and they said he has rights to take them cause there legally AZ. resedence. We have not been to court on anything not even for custody. I tell him he can't keep her cause he has no right but when the cops let him take them it really confused me. I want to get my daughter back but I don't know what rights I have and don't have.
Plz some one help me!
