You are just like my kids. Are you a kid. Dont you understand that you just cant miss court dates. By the way, since you missed your court date there might also be a bench warrant out for your arrest. You can call the court and get a new date but once you missed a date and didnt reschedule, the judge will not be very happy with you. Best bet is to get a court date as soon as possible, pay your fines and be done with it. By the way, you will probably have to pay more for car insurance if your state claps a rider on you for driving without insurance. Good luck.

first thing, if you get a ticket for no insurance, but have it, you can take it and the proof you fixed your windshield to court, a lot of times they will toss it out, your problem was you didn't show up. now it is out of your hands, except to contact them and arrange payments, they will work with you if you are responsible enough to take care of this yourself. other wise you will be arrested for a warrant and things go down hill from there. if your old enough to drive a vehicle you should be responsible for your actions while in it.

I think the only way to get out of your jam is to have a judge as your friend and get the case moved to his court.

Bottom line. you missed court. You must pay the fine now. I hope you have atleast learned something. do not miss court ever. You automatically lose.

You probably have to pay. Clarify if you live in AZ- some states have reciprocity with others, and that may be biting you.
