Hello,
No, I will not like my biometric, RFID and National ID card. I will NOT be 'chipped' and if I have to take a national ID card, I guess I will not be leaving California anymore.

if it keeps illegals from ruining the country and by the the way. you already have have a national i.d. card via a credit card, drivers licence, social security. there is no orwells 1984. you can be tracked if they want you.
