She is in Fairfax county Adult detention center, and I was wondering what websites I could go to, to find information about her there... but I do not want to pay, I want it to be a FREE search. PLEASE HELP ME

I don't think there are any websites for prisons that detail prisoner information. Believe it or not there are some things that aren't public record. Although you'd think prisoners would be.
What is it exactly that you're looking for regarding this? What the warrant was for? When her release date is? Court date? That can be obtained by calling the jail.

Do a google search for the correctional facilities in your state.
Every state is different but most facilities have free web sites where you can actually pull up pictures of inmates, and their sentences, how long incarcerated and when their release dates are.
