"MAC" flights no longer exist. The former MAC flights are now run by the Air Forces, Air Mobility Command. The website is below for the general public. They can direct you through a series of questions to DoD spouses needs, like the one you have.

its' called AMC now. as a spouse, traveling alone, you would be at the bottom of the list and would ONLY be able to lfly into the nearest CONUS POE. So if the Flights from Hickam only go to SEATAC or LAX, you can only fly into there, and not be able to catch a second one to a destination within CONUS.

the only way you would be able to utilize CONUS AMC flights is if you were traveling with your spouse. (with or without orders).

the only place to sign up is at the terminal at Hickam itself. you used to be able to signup on line or via phone, but I don't know if that is stillpossible. Schedules can be found at the terminal. they are probably still unavailable online.
