I brought charges against someone several years ago, and he's now in prison. However, I've had something come up and I need a copy of the transcript of the trial. How do I obtain a copy of the transcript?

Also, is it possible to recieve victims' benefits (counseling, etc.) years after the fact? I was in the military at the time, and living out of state. The trial was approximately 10 years ago.

find the couts net site below. you may have to go to the court and if you have the docket or file no. you wil have to pay for each page. ask them if they have video or audio transcripts. or copies of the case file or docket will give you a summary of the case. you wil lhave to contact the court in that area to get the info. good luck
