Career criminals are on first name terms with their solicitors yet pay nothing for their services and usually nothing to society in general. Surely there should be a limit to the number of times a person is entitled to free and independant legal advice. All you lawyers out there must drink copious amounts of horlicks at the taxpayers expense. Three times maximum should be a more than reasonable limit

... why doesn't he let people speak their thoughts and beliefs during his interviews unless he knows they are off base enough on the facts that he can easily shut them down after they finsh speaking? I've seen and heard so many people get interrupted and told to "shut your mouth" when they are trying to share their valid points in a friendly and open manner. If he were such a fair host, why doesn't he shut up and wait for EVERYONE he interviews to speak their point? Now, I believe O'Reilly is the lesser evil of the conservative radio and television hosts, but he still has a venom saved for the people with honest thoughts and ideas. Being a democrat, I don't want to cut and run, I dont support terrorism, I don't hate America and I definately am not blindly followin Democratic candidates to undermind the freedom and greatness of this nation. Why does he label me so? Why does the phone screener for his radio show always hang up on me when I ask talk about about important issues?

From The UK Associated Press,
Former USA spy Ahmad Chalabi said this. "The USA should open talks with Iran. If America enhances the Iraqi army, improves it's intelligence, give Iraq and there Government more authority, amd open talks with it's neighbors such as Iran, coalition forces could begin withdrawal in less than two years." He cited the rise in American deaths and the sectarian violence in Iraq as reasons to talk with Iran about there role in the insurgency. He also criticized secret USA talks with Iraqs Sunnie Arab led insurgency. He said they would not help stabilize Iraqs fragile government or reduce violence.
By Steven R. Hurst and Qassim Abdul-Zahra for the Associated Press.
Iraqi premier is seeking more control over Army. Noruri al_Maliki demanded a video confernece with Bush. In that conference Maliki tod bush "I am a friend to the USA, but I am not Americas man in Iraq". Tony Snow confirmed that this was told to Bush. Bush was said to except Iraqs position that a renewal of the UN mandates for the US military was conditional on "swift action" to to hand full control of the Iraqi army to the Baghdad Government and the withdrawal of coalition forces when the Iraqi army is in fact ready.

The largest, most powerful centres in America on on the East & West coasts, yet American politics cater largely to the antiquated, gawd-fearin', uber-conservative "heartland" states. I mean really, no one outside of the US gives a rat's *** about what happens in Hicksville USA....why are those states afforded so much consideration when it comes to policy?? Anerican politics can't seem move forward into the 21st century because of this.

It isn't just liberals who are concerned, or should be concerned about e-voting. We should all be concerned, and we should force the makers of e-voting hardware and software to be transparent.

-I am pro-choice, but not used as a means of birth control
-I could care less if gay people want to get married
-I am religious in a deism sense, but I don't base my decisions on my religion
-I think the gov. should be less.
-I think people should be allowed to have guns
-I care for the environment, but truly believe global warming is a bunch of BS.
-I think War is needed in plenty of situations, but would prefer to avoid such
-Basically, i think the govt. should protect, provide public services, like highways, and should stay out of a person's business

I always thought I was a conservative, but I am not so sure anymore.

This question has been really bothering me lately. I am an American who adores England. Someday, I plan on moving there and becoming a citizen there because I think I am more English than American. I certainly act more British. Are you considered a traitor if you are an American who decides that she just doesn't fit into America and decides to become a British citizen?

My thinking is we have really done it this time. If you think terrorism was a problem after September 11th 2001, with our forces bogged down in an unwinnable quagmire, we have a much greater problem with thousands and thousands more who REALLY have reasons to hate us. How smart was this invasion ?

Just curious if this has been an issue that's made it to court yet (a chimera is a rare individual with more than 1 set of DNA, thereby making DNA testing NOT 100%). I'd live to know how this issue was discovered or dealt with, or if it's never happened.
