I have been having some serious rhythm disturbances with my heart since i was about 12 years old. My family doctor absolutely refused to send me to a specialist to see what was going on, all he would ever tell me is that it was probably something harmless and i was to young to have a serious condition. Finally, i decided to seek a second opinion, my new doctor sent me to a cardiologist who discovered that i have a serious heart arrythmia called ventricular tachyardia, and now i'm about to undergo an ablation. Now my question!! Should I seek some legal advice on this matter? the fact that my regular doctor avoided sending me to someone who knew more than him has basically lead to my treatment being postponed, so to speak, i mean this could have been taken care of years ago, now i'm confused, my family tells me to talk to an attorney, but not really sure if i have a case!! any advice would be helpful, especially from someone in the legal field, thank you.

The west coast of P. R. is a common illegal immigration route to enter the USA. The Dominicans and Haitians, in the majority of the cases, are treated like criminals and the Cubans like heroes when they arrive to the USA territory. The Dominicans ended in deportation, if they survive the sea travel, and the Cubans in Florida with a secured American citizenchip. I have Cubans and Dominicans friends and I don't agree with this policy.

Do Americans support troops by praying they would survive in Iraq? by sending them money? by calling them and boosting their moral? by feeling sorry for them and wish them well? What do really Americans mean by supporting the troops? I'm just wondering!!

I just wanted to know if this is legal in Texas. I am serious ... you never know when some road rage person may want to fight and I think the Machete will scare them off...

Also don't give me crap about what if the other person has a gun ... if they do I am screwed whether I have the Machete or not!

I mean really... I hear about how they are responsible for everything horrible in the world constantly... if they were that bad... no one would vote for them and they would have disappeared in long ago...

some may be extreme, but they are on both sides and don't represent the majority...

and this goes for Republicans too... they aren't evil either... I don't agree with them on policies, but they aren't the devil

it's time some of us come back to reality a bit...

Was arrested for forgery and was held on a 72-hour investigative hold. Prosecuter has 72 hours to charge me with the crime. I was released 72 hours later and was not charged. Was wondering if they can still come after me and charge me later or if that's the end of things.

Most democrats say that they support abortion not because they believe in it but that they don't have the right to tell a woman what they can or can't do with their own body. They say that they stand up for peoples rights but the truth is that they only defend you if they agree with you. For instance do democrats defend my right to own a gun, drive a gas guzzling suv, protect my children from sex offenders? Even the water that my toilet uses is dictated by a law that they thought up to take my rights. It seems to me that democrats hide behind this image that they are the party that will stick up for my rights when in fact they are systematically trying to take them all away. Does anyone else see this hypocrisy?
