I posed the question, more concisely and with quite a bit of added detail about 12 hours ago, and have not received one answer. I am curious, because I have received at least a few answers to every question I have ever asked here, from very serious, to quite ridiculous, until now.

When I went back to look at the question as it appears on the board, I notice that there is no customary link below it to click on to "Answer this Queston". I had a lot of trouble with the spell checker. It seemed to have gotten stuck or something and it took quite a while from the time I typed it, to the time I presumed that it was posted.

Now, due to the technical difficulties I just described, and the fact that there is no link in which to click to answer the question (NOT because I am having an ego problem about my question not being answered), I wanted to try a second time to get some feedback on the subject without breaking the rules and double posting.

Some people get hostile in protecting their free speech, then try to deny it to those who disagree w/ them.
They will pass over very profane answers, then cowardly hit the abuse button on their political enemies, trying to get them off this site.
They don't have a good come back, so they run to tell the teacher. Are these people going to turn this site into a meeting place for sissies?

A police officer lied against me in court. The judge fined me but I am planning on appealing the decision. I have further prove that the officer was telling lie. If I appeal and have the decision reversed that I am not guilty, can I further sue the cop for the expenses it cost me to appeal and court fees.

Please let me know if this can be done. We should hold Cops responsible so that we can eradicate the bad cops that are giving bad names to the good cops.

Any answer will be appreciated.

thanks

Let's say the underage person attempts to buy alcohol, is asked for identification, then is identified as being underage (no attempts to use illegal ID). Has the underage person committed a crime in simply attempting to buy alcohol? What charges and penalties could this person expect to face?

I hear people complain about undocumented citizens all the time. But it's funny how they never complain about the cheap prices of the products migrant workers help produce.

I've seen people complain and complain about undocumented citizens in this website but so far the only ones who have been marching in the streets are migrant workers. Are anti-immigrants too lazy to march the streets or what?

Does anybody know how to find out if a man is lying about being a Vietnam veteran? He claims to have been airborne, green beret, and a sniper with 50+ kills. None of us here at work believe him.

Why do polititions on both sides insist that because the Mexican government is so corrupt and incompetent America now has to take their citizens? Why does no one ever put emphysis on the responsibility of the Mexican governemt to their own people?
All thier politicians talk about how they oppose a fence, but the last time I check they don't have a say so. Infact they are hypocritssince they strictly enforce their southern border with a fence and heavy security. Why don't they put all the "america is racist" effort into reforming their own governemnt and maybe one day their citezens won't have to flee the cesspool they have created?

Hugo Chavez is one of the most threatening figures in the world today. Fidel Castro is grooming Chavez to replace him at Latin America's premier anti-USA tyrant and dictatorial madman. He came here on US soil and called our President a "devil". This is an outrage! Chavez's growing ties to Iran have prompted U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to brand him a threat to hemispheric stability.

In his own country, corruption and crime have grown rampant. He is an authoritarian militarist and demagogue who has failed to deliver on his promises, violated fundamental human rights, meddled in the affairs of other Latin American countries, threatened Venezuela's economy and democracy, and destabilized global oil prices. Venezualan civil rights organization Súmate's Vice-President María Corina Machado alleged that Chávez had "profoundly damaged Venezuela's democratic institutions".
