To follow up on my previous post. I dont believe they did it for any potential gain, there would be none. But it does seem to me to be quite negligent. I have the newspaper article in front of me, and if the mother of his son hadn't called me and told me first, and I happened to pick up this paper, I kid you not, i would have either puked or had a heart attack. (It mentions that he was speaking when the first responders arrived on the scene.... of course "not for long"...as his skull was fractured.
As far as his girlfriend goes, I honestly believe she was an innocent victim of "his" lie. She wasn't lying, but relaying what she believed to be true. However, they did return to me (finally) his wallet which includes his birth certificate, his social insurance card, bank card, HEALTH CARD. i find it hard to believe that if a true effort was put forth, that they would have had too hard a time putting the puzzle together. Was it negligent to take the word of somone who knew him for 7mos?

Why can't the US simply apply standards to the immigrants? Like if they are coming here, they should learn English, be legal, have to conform to our society as a whole, instead of separating theirselves from us. I have no problem learning about other cultures but I don't feel it is necessary for them to bring ALL of their customs here and have to be able to sue others for not conforming or not accepting it. They need to become a part of us, we cannot become a part of them.

I have a friend I wrote to many years ago. Who is scheduled to be executed. I wrote as soon as I heard. I urge you to contact the governer. I ask you to go to tdcj ( texas dept of criminal justice) look over his case, google his name, case, and see if you too dont see a injustice. I live in seattle and the Green river Killer just got life and this young man whos been in jail since 17-18 one body gets death. I think life no parole or what ever would be more like it. I am not totally against the death penalty, or for it. I am just not for it as it stands now, and thats for sure. I am against the executing of kids( and I mean young adults too 0-22) young peoples brains are way too complex, and menatally insane. Plus why make deals for some and not others. I mean why killl him but not Gary Ridgeway, or countless other killers who should of got the same deal. What message is that. I am curious what you think. Please look up the case, ACT. If you feel the need. Look up the case and think!!!

Picture this - my brother dies in a terrible car accident at 5:30 am. His girlfriend of 10 months IS notified. She tells officials that he has no surviving relatives (based on a drug induced escape from reality he has created for himself). Officials 'take her word for it' and his name is released, along with horrific images of his car, on the 6 o'clock news. His ex and his 15 yr old son find out by watching the news. Son asks mom "Was that my dad?" They call me and tell me the news. Had to put funeral plans on hold waiting to have his wallet signed over. He's already been embalmed at a funeral home OUT OF TOWN. When we got him back here in town, even OUR funeral director said "If a guy is 34 yrs old, it should be assumed that he has family, whether immediate, or distant. Did the police act too quickly? 12 hrs? It sure didn't make planning the funeral easy, and I imagine it will take a real long time before the image of that crash lets up on his son's mind.

Even though the US helps many Third Word countries in times of famine and other disasters, she really doesn't want these people, especialy those in Africa, to gain much in the way of education or a higher sandard of living. The US never talks about educating these people, and Aids deaths just means less people to provide for. So despite humanitarian efforts, the US (and other more progressive countries) have good reason NOT to be concerned.

After all, just imagine the price of oil if even a third of the Third World countries in Africa were living on the same level as, let's say, middle class Americans.

on 2 sides of my property their are roads one is a highway and the other is a one way.The city are putting drains and curbs in making the road bigger this means they are taking some of my land. Isnt it my constitutional right to be ask before they take and or install something on my land. After i asked them what they were doing they told me and then said i would be paid, but they are almost done and i still have not been paid. souldnt they have nogociated a price before they started working? last fall they paved the one way and added drains taking about 5 foot by 100 foot piece of land, that i never got paid for. I asked them about this and they told me they could do what they wanted. This doesnt seem right. I appriciate any help i can get on this.

I figured in this politics & government that someone might actually know something; instead I get two twits who probably can't even read, let alone know where or how to get this kind of information!!! I'm looking for a Japanese/American war vet and enterment camp victim! Someone who had married into my wife's famly long ago, and I get stupid moronic halfwits typing on the keyboards! Or do you use your feet instead? Is your brains connected to anything, or just there for feeding your pet brainwargs? If you don't know what you're talking about, why don't you just keep your cyber-mouths closed??? maybe someone will come in here who does know diddly-squat for once!!!
