I have a friend I wrote to many years ago. Who is scheduled to be executed. I wrote as soon as I heard. I urge you to contact the governer. I ask you to go to tdcj ( texas dept of criminal justice) look over his case, google his name, case, and see if you too dont see a injustice. I live in seattle and the Green river Killer just got life and this young man whos been in jail since 17-18 one body gets death. I think life no parole or what ever would be more like it. I am not totally against the death penalty, or for it. I am just not for it as it stands now, and thats for sure. I am against the executing of kids( and I mean young adults too 0-22) young peoples brains are way too complex, and menatally insane. Plus why make deals for some and not others. I mean why killl him but not Gary Ridgeway, or countless other killers who should of got the same deal. What message is that. I am curious what you think. Please look up the case, ACT. If you feel the need. Look up the case and think!!!

I don't understand why you defend his actions. You seem to think his age should be a factor in excusing him, but if he was 17 or 18, he was perfectly aware of what he was doing. Even if he were insane, he's a defective human being, and I have no qualms with him being executed. Also, you argue that some people receive justice and some don't, so why not allow this guy to live too. The justice system is flawed, and many criminals go free, but that does not mean the death penalty should be abandoned altogether.
If you're looking for a real injustice, look into the West Memphis three case.

I have a better idea. Why don't you talk to the victim's family and see if they think this is a grave injustice.

it would desire to be the character of nurture. possibly offering love and attractiveness to the rejected and damned fills a void for those women human beings. As a individual who has made it by and remote from an abusive dating i will understand the physique of techniques. To forgive, to heal, to locate the stable in somebody, whether there is none to be got here across. i don't sense that anybody brings on abuse or homicide. it incredibly is actual absurd.

I do not know if you have ever heard of Tina Church. If anyone might could help she could. If he is in Tx. ask if anyone there on death row has ever heard of her. She is from Indiana some where around south bend, I think. I know for sure she has gotten at least 2 off death row in Texas.

Murder is murder even if there is only "one body".Sorry,his sentence is justified.Why is it that teenagers want the privilege to drive a car because in their minds they are mature enough for the responsibility,but if they commit murder,it isn't their fault because they were too young to understand what they did?Doesn't make any sense.
