I certainly don't think he should be president. The only problem with impeaching him and , subsequently, removing him from office is that then we have Big Dick Cheney in the White House. That's like trading a headache for an upset stomach.

Yup......... The least the fascist Republicans could do is be able to take what they dish out. But the little brown-nosing wimps don't have the balls or the honor to do that. When Clinton got a blow.job from Monica L. the elephant humping Nazi's all screamed "impeachment!" "impeachment!", now when their Vietnam dodging
cheerleader from Yale lies to the American public, destroys the economy, invades a sovereign country without provocation on the U.S. (By the way in case some of you out there still don't know your geography but have so far avoided being brain-washed by the Republican think tank, Iraq did NOT have anything to do with 911 or the Twin Towers. That was Osama Bin and the Taliban gang in Afghanistan. Several hundred miles from Iraq.) Osama Bin Laden is still on the loose. His family is also a friend and pay-master to the Bush family. So the damage caused this country by Bush as you can see is much worse than the envy that the Republicans suffered because they couldn't get any themselves.

Let's start by asking what Clinton did to be impeached,
1. he lied about his relationship with Monica L.
2. he obstructed justice in the Monica case.
by the way Ken Starr investigated Clinton for nearly 5 years at a cost to taxpayers nearly $50 million. He was investigating Whitewater. His final report barely mentioned Whitewater.
On the other hand what did Bush do?
1. illegal wire taps
2. launched an unprovoked attack on another country
3. abused prisoners in violation of the Geneva Conv.
4. manipulated Congress by providing them with false
pre-war intelligence.
5. Planning a provoked attack on Iraq using U.S. planes
painted to look like United Nations aircraft - a
violation of international law.
6. exerts powers beyond that granted him by the
Constitution.
7. lied to the American people in order to start a war
of Aggression.
Yes, I believe under these circumstances, Bush should indeed be impeached. It is time he be held accountable for his actions.
as a side note, $50 million or more was spent investigation Bill Clinton, while only $3 million was set aside to investigate 9-11. What's with that????

First, Clinton should not have had impeachment proceeding brought against him.
Second, Bush has not, to my knowledge, done anything impeachable. His approval of wiretaps without a warrant comes closest. I hope that, once the Democrats are in power, they overturn the portion of Bush's terror bill that grants immunity to those who participated in warrantless wiretaps and then goes after him on legal grounds, not as an impeachment process.
I do not believe that it should be legal for a President to sign into law a bill that would exonerate him for crimes he committed. How can it be right for Bush to sign a law that removes the risk of prosecution in relation to warrantless wiretapping when HE is the person most guilty of the crime?
He should not be impeached. He should be arrested.

I agree with Teddy aka Swimmer. All of you who believe he should be impeached are the same ones who think what Clinton did was his own private business. Lying under oath is his own private business? Tampering with witnesses was his own private business? Don't forget he also had his law license taken away, they don't do that for getting a bj from a fat intern. To the idiot who said Bush supplied Congress false info in order to get them to vote to support the Iraq war.....it was the SAME intel supplied by MANY countries. You freakin democrats are the biggest hypocrites in the world. If you hate Bush so much why don't you go on over and join up with bin laden since you already have the same hate in your heart for our country and way of life.

With all the wrongdoings he committed while in office, then I definitely have to say yes on this one! Bush has to be impeached for every stinking high crime and misdemeanor in his Presidential capacity!!!!! You already know what he did, so I won't waste my time explaining all of this to you!

He is still in office because "we the people" are apathetic and cowardly. We are influenced by fear and helplessness. We are lazy and say, "Aw, well, somebody'll take care of it." WRONG. Nobody's going to fix this mess. We are going down if we don't stand up to these liars and manipulators. Everybody, get out in the public and talk about our situation in the world. Don't listen to what the pundits tell you. Find out for yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes. And all the others who answer yes to this question must understand we have officially become potential "enemies" of this once great Country. The busco crime business now can take us away to the funny farm for exercising what was formerly known as a constitutional right in this former democracy. but I digress, sorry. carry on.
