well - contact the newspaper ! ( they keep records and the LOCAL LIBRARY system does also ) ( both have microfilm and most have converted to an online database in the last few years )

Burbank's local paper is not a very large newspaper, I would recommend going to the Public Library and getting microfilm and printing it out. Since it was circa 1990 then it probably wouldnt be on the internet. Good luck with the search. Most librarians would be more than happy to help

You could put in one of those ads like in Woman's Day asking for it. Or you could find a newspaper service that retraces old newspapers.

Contact the local paper and ask for their archive department. They will be able to get you a copy if they have one.
