SEOUL, South Korea - North Korea said Tuesday it considered U.N. sanctions aimed at punishing the country for its nuclear test "a declaration of war," as Japan and South Korea reported the communist nation might be preparing a second explosion.

It is well known that both parties abuse the campaign finance laws; some just get caught. Shouldn't Reid be placed under the same standards as Foley and Abramoff? Not only because he violated the law but he violated the trust of his electorate who put him into office as a leader and the Dems who trusted him to be the Minority Leader?

I was wondering if this was true after I saw a question by another asker. For instance, do people at your company get the same amount of PTO than people w/out kids? What about non-paid time?

I was asking b/c I probably won't have kids, but I will most likely have to take care of my aging parents.

Thanks!

I was reading the Catholic Times today and saw an article that stated that the Pope does not believe that Turkey should be allowed to join the E.U. based upon the fact that it is a Muslim country and the EU is predominantly Christian. There are plenty of reasons why Turkey shouldn't join the EU but I do not believe that discrimination based on faith is one. What does everyone else think?

Shouldn't it be obvious why the United States is at war? No American should ever have to ask why we're at war, yet it happens everyday.

Is there somewhere on the internet that I can lookup Judges' names from the past 20 years?
I'm most interested in the Canadian equivalent to the US Federal judges (I'm not sure they are called the same in Canada .. perhaps they are majestrates?) but would like to be able to view all their names for a report I'm working on.

-- The man accused of heading up a local ring of crime and illegal immigration is now behind bars.

Agents arrested 28 undocumented workers in a mobile home park in Green Cove Springs Friday.

We now know two of the suspects had snuck into the U.S. before and had been deported. Another was a criminal with a history of serious drug charges.

The owner of a Clay County drywall company is now under arrest. Police took Cesar Mora into custody Monday morning.

Investigators say he housed and employed the illegal aliens and has been involved in money laundering for the past two years.

The government raided the same park two years ago and arrested more than 40 undocumented workers then."

I wonder how many employers like this exist?

And what should we do about them?
