Although your question is awkwardly stated and contains grammatical and spelling errors, the concept remains clear - should a legal system direct a physical punishment on those convicted of a crime.

In the case of rape, I am in agreement. perhaps not a removal of the penis, yet a castration, therefor the removal of the testicles, should be a standard that is of international agreement. If a male does not approve of this, then they should not commit rape, or move to a country (basically, the entire mess that is the Muslim world that approves of the rape of women and supports it rigorously) that they can continue their behavior.

If a woman gets raped by a man that man should not have it cut off; but the man should immediately be put to the electirc chair to be killed. And if a woman rapes a man or boy she should be sent to the electric chair immediatly to be killed. No life sentences in prisons for the rapist whether male or female.

I say it's absolutely right. In fact, I think we ought to do that in the USA. Anyone who commits a sexual crime, any crime against a child, or murder should be castrated. If it were up to me, it would be done without the benefit of anesthesia, but that would probably be considered "cruel and unusual..."

I don't know if that is correct or not, but I believe that making eunuchs of any man who is capable of that kind of reprehensible act deserves it. I think that it should be a worldwide cure for rape.

yes y not it is a gift given by god to human being for making love but when you talk of love it should be mutually consented not by force or against the wish of other partner. When you cross the boundry then the things have to happen otherwise.

Not really, no. A lot of Middle Eastern and African countries side with the man and technically believe that a woman's body belongs to her family until she is married, then it belongs to her husband. Asian Countries usually side on the death penalty, and Europeans pretty much treat it the way Americans do.

If you believe the law of the land should be "Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" then how long until we are all blind, mute, and limbless?

I disagree with the idea...mostly because those that feel this way also are against the death penalty.

Well, it's complex... Deuteronomy 22:25-26 may help though... "Suppose a man out in the countryside rapes a girl who is engaged to someone else. Then only the man is to be put to death; nothing is to be done to the girl, because she has not committed a sin worthy of death."....

but then we have:
"Suppose a man is caught raping a girl who is not engaged. He is to pay the girl's father the bride price of fifty pieces of silver, and she is to become his wife, because he forced her to have intercourse with him. He can never divorce her as long as he lives." - Deuteronomy 22:28-29

Hope it helps! God bless!

If we adopted that punishment, and followed through with it...trust me..rapes would surely decline. And any guy would surely think twice before doing it too.
