Will bush because of his sinking pole numbers bomb Iran and declare martial law this month. If mad men decide to go along with
this plan and the military goes ahead with it. Do you think that Israel will be wiped off the map ? Once again will are small brains running the powers underestimate the response of world powers againist this attack. I personally feel that it will be the end of America as we know it if this is allowed by our countrymen.

it is a very common practice to send jets to planes that are off track. Happened approx. 70 times the year before 9/11. Did the war games on 9/11 have anything to do with this? Do you find it odd that the games were simulating events that actually happened? Do you find it odd that there were drills on 7/7 in London that simulated the actual event. Are these enormous coincidences or diversions?

...is willing to compromise its own traditions and cultures in favour of everyone elses?!

I'm a firm believer of "When in Rome" and yet we seem to be the only country that I know of that has compromised its cultures and traditions to such an extent that we have completely lost our identity.

I object to this.

If I visit another country I have to adhere to their rules, laws, traditions and culture or face the consequences. Why doesn't the same thing apply in the UK?!

If people wish to reside in this country and want to be considered as equals does it not follow that they should adhere to our way of dress, our traditions and our culture? Since when have we been able to go to another country and dictate their way of life?

Political correctness hasn't succeeded in integrating the different cultures in the UK, it has only succeeded in segregating people and I, for one, am sick to the back teeth of it.

Either people want to be a part of this country or they don't.

The American government goes beyond the president. The president is just the face, the scapegoat, someone to blame when things are not going OK. What do you think?

have endometriosis. I live in the state of Ohio, and the government seems to think that being paid $6.50 an hour is too much to be put on insurance. The job I have now doesn't offer it. I have lost quite a few jobs due to me not being able to preform and me not being able to show up on the days my pain is most servere. I started my period this morning, and it is by far the worst I have ever had. I had to call into work, and my boss told me to start looking for another job. I've only been employed there since late august. Can I collect unemployment? If not, what can I do? It took me a year to find this job because of what my resume looks like. I need answers asap. Please help me.

For years, foreign policy was pretty simple: if your country was a third world country that supplied multinational corporations with resources, the US tended to consider those nations as "friends" or at least friendly and stable. If your country supported supplying governments with resources (i.e., Communism or Third World socialism), especially by seizing multi-national holdings in those countries, the nation was considered an opponent of the US.

Today, a claimed part of our foreign policy is to promote global democracy. Yet initial results have given us Hamas, a Lebanese government with a sizable Hezbollah faction and others. Considering that in a real democracy, the masses very well might elect the new Hitler (even if only scaled down to small country size), is democracy really, in your opinion, the way to global security. In lots of Third World countries with a few wealthy and lots and lots of poor, there is a greater chance a "reformer" will want to fix that situation.

In the 1950s all street lighting was turned off at midnight and on again around 6.30 am the next morning. Cars headlights were nothing like as effective and more people travelled by public transport and had to walk once they got off the bus. There were no infrared cctv cameras in our cities etc. Fifty years on and hundreds of miles of motorways have lighting in obscure hours of night when there is very little traffic whilst at the same time causing massive light pollution of the night skies. Time to decide the objective of all this waste in an age of encouraging us all to be 'environmentally friendly'!
