He wont start the nuclear war but will respond to the Nuclear War asserted by North Korea. Think about it. China refuses to sanction them. So tenstions will rise. N Korea, feeling a little more secure with China somwhat by their side, will then assert itself to Japan, refusing to go along with UN sanctions. Japan will arrest some people involved from N Korea and N Korea will Attack. Then the US is drug into the war and N Korea will drop the 'big one' on us, starting the nuclear war that will insue, destroying N Korea. Iran will not be involved

The US or anybody else isn't going to start a nuclear war. If a nuclear war will occur, I imagine that it will be started by North Korea. And I think the US will last a lot longer than you think. Maybe it won't be a superpower in the future but then the Muslim extremists and all the rest of the crazies in the world will find someone else to pick on.
