Um.....there's never gonna be peace on earth. What is the point of forgiveness, if there are never any fights? How can you have peace, if there are never any wars? The answer's simple; you can't.
They balance each other out, love and hate.
Anger causes pain and suffering, and Love gives us a soft heart so we can forgive and forget. They are like the light and the dark, the right and the wrong. For you can’t see the dark without the light and you can’t know what’s right if you’ve never seen what’s wrong. The world would be in turmoil if war suddenly just dissapeared.
Just accept it. Because in the end...it's the only thing we really can do.

There's no point in thinking about peace until the root cause of wars is fixed.
There are two root causes of war:
1. Poverty
2. Religion
Get rid of people who believe in the afterlife, and 90% of wars will go away.
Fix poverty, and that'll create peace in our time.

There is less money to be made in peace. War is profitable and helps with that whole natural selection thing.

You are way behind me and the rest of the USA. We have been thinking about it and wishing for it and praying for it, but somehow there are scalawag nations like Iran and North Korea that make it possible to ONLY think about it.

everyone wants to have more power
everyone wants to have more raw fuel
everyone wants to be a hero
try to understand there is a tribe in Borneo that we called the headhunter tribe and they live to decapitated their neighbor
the civilized nations is just like them
