will they respect the votes of the people...or will groups like the ACLU, planned parenthood and others sue the state...don't the people have a voice? or do liberals rely on liberals judges to push their agenda rather than what the voters want...

The headlines in the paper today say that 655,000 people have been killed so far in the Iraq war. I imagine that most of them are innocent Iraq people including many children. It makes the number killed in 9/11 look tiny. Do you still think it was right to invade Iraq?

the mere fact that hes a president of USA tells you he is not stupid. to be a president of USA has got nothing to do with lucks or chances, it takes a brilliant mind to become one, agree?

I have a situation where my ex-husband who is newly remarried, and chose to adopt his new wife's children, has petitioned to increase visitation with my daughter 60/40 in his favor because of his "new family". He is away from their home 50% of the year (6 months of twelve), and this would put her in their home quite often while he is away. I am a fit, and consistant parent with no alcohol, drug or criminal history, employed full time, and up until this point the custodial agreement has been written 60/40 in my favor. Does her step mother have "rights"? or am I dealing with "control" issues.

Just wondering if I am the only one. I get tired of people-damning each other or saying someone is going to hell...I mean if someone is religious why can't they be content with the fact the God will judge each of us....instead of trying to act like like an all knowing god themselves.

Pro-choice is a choice not someone elses.

There's a certain portion of our country that will pull out the race card anytime you even mention enforcing immigration laws. They'll call you a racist and say that deporting illegal aliens is simply because "you just hate brown people". They'll never ask you how you'd solve the problem or what should be done about it so that people can come here legally and in an orderly fashion that benefits all. They won't ask you why you want them enforced. They'll shrug off any mention of national security, crime, social services spending, state budgets or anything else that is logical. Here's a few others covering this issue today.

I scored a 58 AFQT on the ASVAB... (Don't ask I took the test at 5:15 a.m. and I am not a morning person), And I originally planned to be an MAA because I wanted to pursue a law enforcement career when I become a civilian... But sadley one only one of my line scores didn't meet the requirement for the job...It was PC and I was 7 points shy and they could not waive it so they said my best chance of getting in was going into the AO department and impress my cheifs and do well in A School and quite possibly they might let me cross over to the MAA School...but I have heard many things about this, some say I might have to wait two years some say work hard and you got it...But I really want to look more into this.

Thanks.

" you can have it why not me?"; "its an internal affair" ; " we shall never be bullied again" these are some of the arguments for nuke power- house- to -be. I can't comprehend why would any country needs nuclear weapons? pride? ego? ignorence? foolishness?inferior complexity?selfishness? I don't know, but i do know if we don't regulate the number of countries having nuclear, the outlook of our children's future will not be so bright. We would be virtually living in a place filled with gigantic landmind, and it would take a wrong move to wipe out the entire human race.......its a sad state, knowing the fact that lay men like you and i can't do anything (to change it)makes it more frustrating.
