The Democrats argue that the war in Iraq has increase terrorism. But I ask, since in mid 90's when has terrorism decreased? When has it ever decreased? When a country has been attacked, since the beginning of time, when has opposition of that attack decreased?

ive done ILLEGAL things, never gotten caught or talked by cops.. my school mark is average, i didnt take all the required classes like french or some others.. is that all important? im still in highschool btw but do u have do u have to be like a certain height or weight to be a cop.. people say i cant become one cause im 5'2 (female) .. anything like that?

We are adopting a baby from Guatemala and need to get him to the US asap. We may need to bring him home before adoption is complete so he can begin treatment for amputated leg. The adoption process from Guatemala can be lengthy and we don't have that kind of time.

OK! I just found out my ex-best friend cashed one of my checks for $200. I reported it to my bank and closed my account. Tomarrow i have to go down to the police station and file a fraud report so my bank will reimburs me the money. Here is the problem. i took a better look at the check and relized I wrote it. The back during tax season I borrowed money from her and I wrote her a Check in return. She lost the check and I wrote her another one. The then found the check and said she threw it away. I belived her because I trusted her. I want to still report her so I can get my money back. I dont know if the will arrest her and as far as im concerned, they should, because I never told her she could cash the other check. She even changed the date on it. Could I get in trouble for taking out the police report? What could she do to me?

For the first time on this site I'm not trying to offfend anyone I just really do not see the good in this. I mean think of what it means for our soldiers who are kidnapped, do you serously think that they country they are kidnapped in (assuming they are one of the countries who originally signed the geneva conventions) will honor the geneva conventions? And if they did not sign the G.C. don't you think they will treat us with just as respect or lack of as we gave them? ALSO, do you like the fact that it gives the government the right to search without warrent?

I was served with a Request for Admissions, pro se, that asks me to admit or deny hearsay. This is a ridiculous document in the first place, but I have to plead back whether or not I admit or deny hearsay evidence. Would anybody care to send the objection and language you pop into the request for admissions when you object to the request because it's hearsay. thanks

a few days ago mu boyfriend and i had had a confrontation and we had shoved each other and when he was about to leave i held onto the door handle as the car was heading away and i got hurt. he is facing a felonious assault and a domestic violance. i wrote a statement and i dont remember what i had written because i was hurried by the police and i am bipolar and had taken my meds and i was very upset and i wrote that i was in the jeep leaning or something like that. the state, not me pressed charges and i had to bail him out. what do i do and is he facing time. i called the officer tonite that arrested him and told him i believe what i wrote wasnt accurate and he said he would meet with the prosecuter and i tomorrow and tell the judge to drop the felony 3, but that is up to the judge...is he facing time?
