Does anyone know how to obtain a medical visa?

We are adopting a baby from Guatemala and need to get him to the US asap. We may need to bring him home before adoption is complete so he can begin treatment for amputated leg. The adoption process from Guatemala can be lengthy and we don't have that kind of time.

check uscis.gov. look for the visa links i your shoes i would fly down there and personally go to the nearest US embassy or consulate to apply for it
