You got it all wrong. We just want Bush to admit the war in Iraq HAS been lost AND was the wrong war to go into in the first place. Don't blame the messenger.

You really should read one of the many books or articles on the matter. The Republicans have already lost the war and are covering for that by blaming anyone, but especially Democrats and "Liberals". No forethought and rushing to war has caused mllions of people to die or become permanently disabled and maimed during Republican warmongering. Entire countries are in ruins. The Republicans strongarmed Democrats to go along with war and not diplomacy. Diplomacy is a strong tactic of the Democratic Party, but Republicans have fostered the belief that Diplomacy is weakness and therefore, Democrats are weak. It is not true. It takes a strong person to negotiate a successful act of Diplomacy. It takes very weak people to simply go to war and drop bombs. Republicans are very weak and have created a world against American citizens. Why? For money and oil
The best way for the world to get along (now that we have the Republicans Global Economy in place) is to use diplomacy and to stop bombing people. Let good Democrats and good Republicans join together. The current Republican leaders, who thought they could keep up the facade forever, should be thrown out for their evil acts against the world and for the confusion they have caused in the American people..

We don't want to lose the war, we already have. With all the fatalities and nothing being accomplished - we have lost. We did not obtain our objective. We have not created democracy there and if we do, as soon as we leave it will go back to business as usual. We are over there dying in a country that doesn't even want us there, and hates us for being there.

They don't like the idea of America being a superior power. The fact that we can project force around the world makes them absolutely heartsick. The anti-war radicals of the 60s will admit that the Vietnam war -- a war against a communist country -- drove them absolutely out of their minds, and their objection had absolutely NOTHING to do with our own boys getting killed. These Democrats today are the 60s relics who spit on our returning soldiers and called them baby-killers.

we want to win... BUT IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED... it's going to take more than "stay the course"... and everyone knows this... from generals, to a common Iraqi on the street...
we need a plan... and without that, we WILL LOOSE THE WAR... some goals and a focus... is that too much to ask for?
as soon as Bush stops screwing up... I'll be more than happy to support him...
