Norfolk, Va. - While the results of the research are preliminary, scientists at the Diminutive Male Genitalia Disorder Research Organization have discovered a genetic link between small penis size and the being liberal. The organization recently began to tabulate data from a two-year study of men with Diminutive Male Genitalia Disorder (DMGD) and has posted the results on its Web site, DMGD.org.

The subjects of the study varied from men with a slight abnormality in penis size to men with pubis innius, a term for an inverted male pubic region. By tracing what has been identified as the "DMGD gene," an abnormality in the 21st chromosome was discovered. Researchers found that this abnormality appears to be consistently linked to two traits: abnormally small male reproductive organs and the ability to derive joy from liberal activities, which starts with acting out in school and, in isolated instances, can manifest itself in homosexual acts.

I am getting evicted right now for not paying my rent. I made it clear to my landlord prior to moving back in (i had rented from him for 2 years before) that I was unemployed and had no money. I can understand why he'd want me to leave because he's got bills too and shouldn't have to pay my rent. However, he was aware of my situation when he asked me to move in. So now I've got a summons and less than 5 days to respond in person to the court. Unfortunately, I am out of state visiting family right now and unable to file the papers. How can I go about taking care of this right now, do I have to file in person and within five days? The weekend counts too but not Monday because it was a holiday right? My friends also say to countersue him for the condition of the rental. For example, there is an open sewage pipe in the back yard, the kitchen has no venting of any sort, and the stove is in front of a door, the bathroom has no vents and so mold tends to grow, there is no heat/air..

A local sheriff is being held in jail, for wearing his uniform & sidearm to a doctors appointment. His job requires him to be on duty 24/7. They said it was intemidateing. So if his job requires him to carry a firearm. Is it against the law in any state not to wear it in certian places?

My defence lawyer and I had a argument recently because I found him not doing any work to my coming trial. He's totally unprepare and worst of all he show no interest in my case at all. I've duely paid for his services and the amount is reasonably large, the trial is now drawing near and I find it hard to get a replacement because many lawyers that I've called would want to undertake a half process case. Please tell me what can I do, it seem that I'm in a double jeopardy situation where money was paid for no service render.

I am arguing in favor of a LOOSE interpretation of the constitution and I need an argument on why loose is better than strict interpretation of the constitution. Also my argument needs to pertain to the times in POST REVOLUTIONARY AMERICA not current 2006 times. so i cant use arguments such as "abortion gay marriage and controversial topics" I need arguments such as Thomas Jefferson buying the Louisiana Purchase even though the Constitution didn't explicitly allow it.
