I think the plate is a bit full right now. And N. Korea hasn't taken direct terrorist action (that *I* know of)

It is now being thought that the explosions might not have been nuclear in nature simply because of the size. The other possibility is they failed. Why should the US attack? The last time we were in Korea was because North Korea invaded South Korea and the UN stepped in with the US doing most of the work combined with the South Koreans. So there is no reason for us to attack North Korea, China needs to control the country.

sure, we can wait till the north Koreans blatantly attack somebody before we initiate up hostility's. . in the previous, it has consistently been a coverage that some offensive potential be employed against the U. S., or its territory, or maybe an allied usa under some sort of diplomatic treaty before the U. S. retaliates in sort. It became basically the reason of the old DEW radar line, and the present satellites that come upon launches of missiles or concentration of floor forces. All that became mandatory became a valid danger to take place (detected missile launch with a desperate ballistic objective, or a swarm of bombers headed out part their borders) before the president, by way of fact the commander in chief, could launch the missiles, submarines, and air forces to their commanders to do the mandatory retaliatory action. yet another question became why could the north Koreans prefer to do something against japan. it may look that throughout advance of WWII, Korea, Manchuria, and extensive areas of china have been actually under the administration of the jap military. From what I definitely have studied on the area, the jap dealt with the folk of those areas very very harshly. very like the comparable that Hitler dealt with the Jewish people, the gypsy, the polish, and the Romanian people: they have been seen under the jap, and for this reason, sub human. The north and the south Koreans have in no way forgotten this. call it an old score to settle with the earlier occupiers of their usa. at that factor, a weapons cargo to Korea would not have attracted that lots interest. As a sovereign usa, north Korea has the properly suited to purchase what they like on the industry: weapons of mass destruct, minus the nuclear factors, are not controlled by using treaty's that shrink proliferation. and that i assume the U. S. tied up in 2 tiered area of operations (Pakistan, the middle east, and a guy means drain internet site in the Balkans) wasn't arranged for extra desirable than 2 interior sight operations at that factor.

Why don't North Korea attack the US since everyone knows they have weapons of mass destruction?

Because they love a 4foot 9 crazed psychotic dictator. Donald Rumsfeld was the head of the ABB which in 2000 sold 2 reactors to North Korea. In 2002, NK tested a missle and parts of it hit Alaska (didnt hear about that did ya?). Where was the retalliation? So the neo-con plan now is to attack Iran because they MIGHT be making plutonium for energy uses. And because they MIGHT BUY a nuke from NK. That's ridiculous. That would be like a cop arresting the drug user and not the dealer. I mean come on! Oh yeah, and the number one reason: NK doesn't have any oil!

You know what??If the United States attacks North Korea it will be the start of the Third World War or I call THE DESTRUCTION of THE WOrld...if they attack N.Korea...they have to dispose all nuclear weapons because if they don't do that...AMERICA will be destroyed because of the weapon called "ATOMIC BOMB".

Firstly, North Korea hasn't got any oil. Secondly, USA is too much entangled in Iraq to go to another war. Right now, Iran is a much better option to attack becoz it has lots of oil

Because we are not dealing with a rational human being the likes of you and me. We're dealing with someone who is clearly batsh*t crazy, deluded and completely unpredictable. In addition, North Korea is militarily very strong (twice the size of S.Korea's army). And all out war in the region would spell suicide for the entire region, not just South Korea. There is no easy way to deal with this crazy b*stard. We must impose sanctions, continue with talks and lead him into believing that he's gained our respect.
I've said it before, he's like the fat, uncoordinated kid who always gets picked last. He just wants his props.

First of all I think they're military is spread a little thin right now. And apparently Iraq (which doesn't have wmd) is much more important right now and always will be as long as they have all that oil. Bush has been ignoring NK for a long time now and will probably continue to do so until it's too late.
