how can Kim Jung ll have enough money to pay for nuclear weapons, and not feed his own people?

i watch the video of the starving North Koreans, and my heart breaks. is there anything we as civillians can do to help those poor people?

We did send him aid throughout the 80's and 90's. It all went for the military buildup. Kim Jung II is a worst parasite than his father. They were both far more evil and more of a threat to humanity than Saddam ever was (and GW knew it but wanted to get Saddam in retribution for his father's attempted assassination).

What can we do? Not much. It is the most closed country in the world today.

Some people feel that they have to be top dog at all cost. They are also deluded in thinking that their perceived greatness is worth the sacrifice of many others. These people are narcissists and possibly psychopaths/sociopath AKA antisocials.

They make money by manufacturing and selling narcotics. They also make counterfeit U.S. currency and they sell missiles and missile technology.
