dumb, real dumb. The treaty not to arm the great lakes is very old. You don't need gunboats on the great lakes.

As long as the Coast Guard and the Canadian Government can agree on it, i don't see a problem.
This would be a great time for Joint Operations between American and Canada.

It's a good thing.. I'm sure the word will spread fast where to "stay away". Our service men and women.. right now.. Lets give them all the practice available. I think there going to need it. I've been comm. fishing a long time.. There are areas up and down the W. coast...... Military practice..
