...to do with the question or answer...?

they always like to note their former service in the "sources" field when the question doesnt really mention the military or anything pertaining to it and neither does thier answer...

they just reply with thier political opinion and then as a source they put "USAF vet" or some other military service...

Former service may have something to do with ones opinion, but it seems to me more like its being used to make them seem like their opinion is better than someone elses, better than other people who served and didn't feel the need to point it out... and ive seen some people say they served and they dont point it out every opportunity they get.

a lot of people on here will mention what they did in the armed forces and what that has to do with the question they answer GOOD!

Military service is something to be proud of... why use simply as a weak attempt to make yourself look better... that seems cheap!

Now American & British troops have plummeted Iraq into civil war. Should coalition troops be withdrawn? More Iraqi civilians have been killed since the 'invasion', than they ever did under Saddams regime.

without getting rude, hasn't anyone just stepped back and noticed how divided we are? i don't care what "side" you are on. what i want to know is ......aren't people tired of the bickering? dems and republicans are drowning in a sea of he said she said your right and your wrongs. it's so freakin childish. is there anyone out there who is not going to be rude, and just say it's tiresome?if i hear the words"i hate libs" or anything else, i'm going to puke!! i really think......there will be fist fights at the next election. we are supposed to be one country. not one country divided. i know there will be rude answers. why the right and left? why not forward or backward......which is where we are going it seems.

I've always known that Carl Marx was originally Jewsih but became an aethist afterwards and built communism on that. The other day I heard this Jew bragging that Marx is an example of brilliant Jews who changed the world. What is the truth about this? Did he stay Jewish? Or was he an aethist?

If i wanted to start a WET(White Entertainment) television network i would be considered a racist, or even a white supremacist. I think it's funny how black people can do anything racist they want cuz they were treated so bad like 70 years ago. Ex. black people are constantly making fun of white people and calling them different provacative names. But it is basically forbidden that we make fun of black people and call them names. Its messed up and pretty much bull.

I remember hearing somewhere at soem time that Bush NEVER left the United States until after he was elected president. Never went to Europe, never went to Asia, never even went to the bordering countries of Canada or Mexico. Is this true or just urban legend?

It just seems so strange why would they kill their own people especially children, and people in mosques. It seems a more of an advantage for the U.S. to have an excuse to stay there permanently. And all those dead people they keep finding tortured and dead, hmm. Something fishy is going on.

I realize that we (and I don't mean just the U.S.) are definitely between a rock and a hard place in Iraq, but I firmly believe that N. Korea is a ticking time bomb. So, what's going to keep them from starting WW 4 (or 3, depening on your pov)?

They do have a far superior health, education, and social systems.

ONLY 68 murders last years, the USA had 11,000. Despite the fact their gun control laws are just like ours!

What can we learn from this superior society?
