We are living in a 2 bedroom apartment in a college town. Our landlord said that since the apartment is recked then she is going to evict us. The apartment is dirty but far from recked, there are no damages to it. We were late on this months rent which was due on the 3rd but we did pay it today. Now they are giving us the choice to leave without eviction and pay a $600 termintion fee or be evicted and said it would go on our credit report. is that true?? can it hurt your credit score?? what should be do??

Refer to this question by Steve J and read some of the answers that I would expect Republican supporters wrote regarding his question as to why George Bush made some key mistakes in handling things in North Korea. They blame Clinton for the whole problem despite a well documented agrument made by Steve J which puts Donald Rumsfeld right in the thick of things. The President in this case Bush is supposed to be in charge, he is supposed to delegate people to help him deal with 911 etc. After attacking Clinton for 2 solid years over the Monicagate affair you cannot use the argument that he had too much on his plate, Mr. Bush, that is because Clinton was hounded to death over something as trivial as a BJ from Moncia. Get a life, George has refused to have meetings with Kim Jong IL and did the same with the leader of Iran. In today's speech he reported to the American people that he as President takes every step possible before getting into military involvement. Again he lies.

America is at odds with iran, venezuela, iraq, and all those are oil producing nations. Iran and iraq both have enough oil for 90+ years. Maybe we should consider antarctic, artic, and alaska oil drilling.

Read about the Shame Punishment of the Pilgrims. They didn't play around. You had to work for the good of the village or it would suffer destruction and no one would eat during the winter. Any behavior against the good of the town was scrutinized for crimes, and offenders would receive severe punishment.

Yet people today apologize for the lowly behavior of Republican leaders-- from the illegal lobbyists, sedition, to pedophiles, to genocide, to unjust wars, to wiretapping, torture camps and the destruction of the US economy so their friends could make money. Republicans get to talk to Americans as if they were toddlers needing instruction, and they take no feedback.

If America were a Pilgrim town, it would not survive the winter.

Shouldn't all citizens pull together to highlight these crimes of this Republican leadership, and punish the offenders instead attacking opponents, sweeping everything under the rug and blaming Democrats, "liberals" and teenagers?

This school shooting garbage is out of control! We need action on this NOW!!! Parents are keeping our children out of schools for fear of them being hurt. Our children are our future! This can't go on. Our leaders need to put the party bullsh*t and bickering aside sit down and start coming up with some possible solutions to this problem as one shooting is too many and until they do it will only get worse. What have any of our leaders come up with to solve this? We have to demand it because we cant have our future generations either not going to school or being afraid while they are there. I'm white and I live and grew up in a 60% hispanic california city. They are some of the most friendly people on the planet. I do not see the logic in being so scared that you move somewhere with more white people and yell to close the boarder. The mexicans are here for good and not leaving, you might as well start treating them as humans, not "aliens".
