I remember hearing somewhere at soem time that Bush NEVER left the United States until after he was elected president. Never went to Europe, never went to Asia, never even went to the bordering countries of Canada or Mexico. Is this true or just urban legend?

I dont see as this matters as he did not go to Vietnam when his unit went!!! CAN WE SAY AWOL???

Will have to check that out but whats the point youre trying to make?Make him better or worse of a President?I believe that you may be wrong since he was raised in the oil business.But at least Clinton made it to canada during the viet nam war.

He went to China when his father was in office.

Ha Ha Ha Ha. What a fantastic President. You can`t beat being culturally inept. No wonder his foreign policies are an insult to any nation he tries to f*ck with. Bless his heart, he means well. B E C A U S E ...I saw Mr.Bush on the bus , when I was in Brussels Belgium .
He was reading his news paper .
And Yes ! that was before he became President .
