if it were a Dem administration they would probably build North Korea 2 more nuclear reactors.

the era of appeasement didnt work, the era of sanctions didnt work. Its time to make the dictators of the world fear us again. use tactical and low yield nukes to take out the nuke, missile and underground artillery sites. let the south korean military (which is brutal) go do the mopping up while we provide air support.

meanwhile do a couple of "peaceful" flyby's of B2 bombers of the presidential residence of Mahmoud ahmedinejad. Just to let him know were watching him.

when we took out saddam, libya picked up the phone and dropped their nuke program like a hot potato, diplomacy works, as does military might.

Bush is a Idiot. Bush thinks being the police in Iraq's civil war is more important now. He also has been told he needs to push the "we are safer under Republicans" message. We are "fighting the war on Terror in Iraq". What you call "doing the right thing" is nothing more than "politics" to keep control of the House and Senate in November. A full 65 percent of Americans now say they do not support the Republican war in Iraq. Republicans keep saying Democrats don't have a plan, we do, it's called kick the bums out in November. If Clinton were in Office or Gore they would talk directly with Kim Yung II. They would offer him a new bribe. Like food and oil. Also we should have kept our word when we told North Korea we would provide them with Nukes for power. We backed out on that deal.

You say that Bush is trying real hard right now - well, perhaps, but the things he's done very badly up to now suggests he's put himself in a right tight ole corner if you ask me.
