I live in Florida. I got a DUI last spring (April). My attorney is trying to get me out of it, and personally I think, why should he? I was driving under the influence.
This whole thing still hasn't blown over. What should I do, give me some advice.
I never drink and drive, it was just that one time and of course I got caught.

BBC documentary, which said Pope Benedict XVI supported a child sex abuse cover-up.

Or Was it to actually hide the grim reality of the Christian church, and what is rampant in the house of so called God?

I also recently read that an American politician resigned for sending improper emails to a 13 year old.

Say what you will about the rest of the world. I think that the culture in the west, especially in America and Europe can be vile and cruel and overshadows the crimes committed elsewhere in the world.

Murder, Incest, Rape!!! Why does a Woman suffer in America every 2 second’s. Either from rape of domestic violence.

Sex is a way of life here. Exploitation of woman and children is rife. Women don’t even realize that they are just an object of society.

So sad.

I keep hearing this rubbish being presented as PROOF that Bush's policies are effective because "there hasn't been a terrorist attack here since 9/11.

Well, applying that logic, I'd like to tell you about the snow prevention machine I invented last April. It's been in operation for SIX MONTHS now, and it hasn't snowed - Not one bit. So that means my snow prevention machine works.

Claiming that something hasn't happened (yet) is hardly proof of anything. Do you blind "patriots" (quotes = sarcasm) really stand by that argument?

My friends dad ( I know this sounds crazy, but here goes anyway) traded a chevy lumina for a house and one acre of land. The deed states that this was exchanged between my friend and her husband and the first property owner. He gave the house to her and her husband and they are remodeling the house because it is in desperate need of repairing and intend to live there. So anyway my question is, can her dad take them to court and make them move out if his name is no where near the deed or there is no record of him ever exchanging money or anything for the house? The only record of anything being exchanged is between my friend and her husband and the first property owner.

Rice: I don't recall alert about attack By ANNE GEARAN, AP Diplomatic Writer
1 hour, 17 minutes ago

SHANNON, Ireland - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said she cannot recall then- CIA chief George Tenet warning her of an impending al-Qaida attack in the United States, as a new book claims he did two months before the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

"What I am quite certain of is that I would remember if I was told, as this account apparently says, that there was about to be an attack in the United States, and the idea that I would somehow have ignored that I find incomprehensible," Rice said.

This forgetfulness happens way 2 many times!
